Description of methods for isolating the blood serum glycosaminoglycans by DEAE ion-exchange chromatography and trichloracetic acid precipitation and for the photometrical determination of their components (hexosamines, hexuronic acid, neuraminic acid). The results indicate mainly chondroitin sulfate bound to proteins and glycoproteins respectively. Moreover there exist some glycosaminoglycans, which are not precipitated by trichloracetic acid.
通过二乙氨基乙基（DEAE）离子交换色谱法和三氯乙酸沉淀法分离血清糖胺聚糖及其成分（己糖胺、己糖醛酸、神经氨酸）的光度测定方法描述。结果表明，主要分别存在与蛋白质和糖蛋白结合的硫酸软骨素。此外，还存在一些不被三氯乙酸沉淀的糖胺聚糖。
