The presented data reflect deep and complex processes of biological rearrangements of populations in the current conditions, which are not simple to evaluate but should be taken into account in the analysis of population's health changes and in detection of the factors that are responsible for. With heterogeneous changes in various pathological processes and morphofunctional characteristics of the population, the concept of providing an opportunity for realisation of the age- and sex-specific biological and social functions by a population in certain socioeconomic conditions, with regard to the pathomorphosis, might be used as an approach to the assessment of the health status. Evaluation of dynamic shifts caused by sufficiently inert processes may be included into the range of wide-scale measures for determining the composition and numbers of population, as are regular census.
所呈现的数据反映了当前条件下种群生物重组的深刻而复杂的过程，这些过程难以简单评估，但在分析种群健康变化以及检测相关因素时应予以考虑。鉴于种群各种病理过程和形态功能特征存在异质性变化，在考虑病理形态变化的情况下，关于在特定社会经济条件下为种群实现年龄和性别特异性生物及社会功能提供机会的概念，可作为评估健康状况的一种方法。对由足够惰性的过程引起的动态变化的评估，可纳入像定期人口普查这样用于确定人口组成和数量的广泛措施范围内。
