Abstract

This article documents the rare, possibly coincidental, association of the Marfan and the Wolff-Parkinson-White syndromes. However, an as yet unproven, hypothetical link of a connective tissue, mesenchymal and embryologic, developmental dysplasia, offers a provocative nosological connection.
