A communicating branch was found in 10 upper limbs. In nine limbs there was a musculocutaneous-median anastomosis (type I); and in one limb there was a median-musculocutaneous anastomosis (type II)
It is very important to know these anatomical variations, especially when considering clinical examination, diagnostic, prognostic and surgical treatment.
本研究旨在分析肌皮神经与正中神经之间神经交通的发生率。
在圣保罗天主教大学医学院和健康科学学院解剖实验室对20具胎儿尸体的40条肢体进行解剖。
在10条上肢中发现有交通支。9条上肢存在肌皮-正中吻合(I型);1条上肢存在正中-肌皮吻合(II型)。
了解这些解剖变异非常重要,尤其是在考虑临床检查、诊断、预后和手术治疗时。
