Phosphorylation of proteins bound with cytoplasmic ribonucleoproteins (RNP) of guinea pig adrenal cells activated by ACTH was studied. Incorporation of 32P into ribosomes and mRNP (informosomes) in check samples is not high. Phosphorylation of ribosomes, informosomes and free proteins which have separated from ribonucleoproteins sharply grow after corticotropin addition. Specificity of translation in the activated adrenal cells is supposed to be related to mRNP phosphorylation.
对促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)激活的豚鼠肾上腺细胞胞质核糖核蛋白(RNP)结合蛋白的磷酸化进行了研究。对照样品中32P掺入核糖体和mRNP(信息体)的量不高。添加促肾上腺皮质激素后,核糖体、信息体以及从核糖核蛋白中分离出的游离蛋白的磷酸化显著增加。推测激活的肾上腺细胞中翻译的特异性与mRNP磷酸化有关。
