To determine the prognostic value of Gd-EOB-DTPA MRI findings of liver metastasis from breast cancer.
29 metastatic lesions from 12 breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy were retrospectively reviewed. We evaluated hepatobiliary phase of the lesions and classified them as a "target" or "non-target" appearance. The relationship of appearance or SI ratio with tumor response was analyzed.
A non-target appearance was more frequent in disease control group than in non-control group [14/18 (77.8%) vs. 4/18 (22.2%)], and it was associated with a better response [p=0.048].
HBP analysis may be useful to predict the response to chemotherapy and survival.
确定钆塞酸二钠增强磁共振成像(Gd-EOB-DTPA MRI)对乳腺癌肝转移的预后价值。
回顾性分析12例接受化疗的乳腺癌患者的29个转移病灶。我们评估了病灶的肝胆期,并将其分类为“靶征”或“非靶征”表现。分析了表现或信号强度比值与肿瘤反应的关系。
疾病控制组中非靶征表现比非控制组更常见[14/18(77.8%)对4/18(22.2%)],且与更好的反应相关[p=0.048]。
肝胆期分析可能有助于预测化疗反应和生存情况。
