Abstract

AIM

To study the conserved basis for gene expression in comparative cell types at opposite ends of the cell pressuromodulation spectrum, the lymphatic endothelial cell and the blood microvascular capillary endothelial cell.

METHODS

The mechanism for gene expression is studied in terms of the 5' -> 3' direction paired point tropy quotients (s) and the final 5' -> 3' direction episodic sub-episode block sums split-integrated weighted average-averaged gene overexpression tropy quotient ().

RESULTS

The final 5' -> 3' classifies an lymphatic endothelial cell overexpressed gene as a supra-pressuromodulated gene ( ≥ 0.25 < 0.75) every time and classifies a blood microvascular capillary endothelial cell overexpressed gene every time as an infra-pressuromodulated gene ( < 0.25) (100% sensitivity; 100% specificity).

CONCLUSION

Horizontal alignment of 5' -> 3' intergene distance segment tropy the gene is the basis for DNA transcription in the pressuromodulated state.

摘要

目的

研究细胞压力调节谱两端相对的比较细胞类型,即淋巴管内皮细胞和血微血管毛细血管内皮细胞中基因表达的保守基础。

方法

从5' -> 3' 方向配对点 tropy 商数(s)以及最终的5' -> 3' 方向偶发子情节块总和拆分整合加权平均 - 平均基因过表达 tropy 商数()方面研究基因表达机制。
