Abstract

Concurrent clinico-electroencephalographic and endocrinologic examination of the function of the hypothalamo-hypophyseal complex in patients in the acute period of rupture of aneurysms of the cerebral vessels showed that increase of the degree of irritation of the hypothalamic structures and the severity of the patient's condition is attended by activation of the function of the adenohypophysis and glucocorticoid function of the adrenal cortex. In loss of hypothalamic functional activity in patients whose condition is severe or very severe, the adrenocorticotropic function of the adenohypophysis is inhibited while the function of the adrenal cortex is sharply activated. No significant differences in the somatotropic function of the adenohypophysis in changes of the degree of hypothalamic structures irritation were revealed.

对脑血管动脉瘤破裂急性期患者下丘脑 - 垂体复合体功能进行同步临床 - 脑电图及内分泌学检查发现,下丘脑结构刺激程度增加及患者病情严重程度加重时,腺垂体功能及肾上腺皮质糖皮质激素功能会被激活。在病情严重或非常严重且下丘脑功能活动丧失的患者中,腺垂体促肾上腺皮质功能受到抑制,而肾上腺皮质功能则急剧激活。在下丘脑结构刺激程度变化时,未发现腺垂体生长激素功能有显著差异。
