Abstract
We describe a patient who developed progressive weakness in all limbs without sensory symptoms 4 weeks after upper respiratory system infection. Electrophysiological findings suggested a new variant of Guillain-Barré syndrome named "acute motor conduction block neuropathy". Electrophysiological studies were performed at admission, 12 and 28 weeks. At the 28 week, the clinical examination and electrophysiological findings showed complete recovery.

我们描述了一名患者，该患者在上呼吸道感染4周后出现四肢进行性无力，无感觉症状。电生理检查结果提示为一种名为“急性运动传导阻滞性神经病”的吉兰-巴雷综合征新亚型。在入院时、第12周和第28周进行了电生理检查。在第28周时，临床检查和电生理检查结果显示完全恢复。
