To assess patient satisfaction with outpatient mastectomy and their postoperative quality of life.
A retrospective descriptive study was conducted of patients who had a mastectomy as outpatients at the hospital of Saint-Nazaire between January 2013 and May 2015. Patients were contacted by phone to answer a survey assessing their satisfaction.
Out of 16 eligible patients for an outpatient mastectomy, 11 patients were included in our study (4 [25%] had to remain hospitalized after their intervention and one patient could not be contacted). One patient (9%) presented a seroma requiring aspiration. No patients were readmitted. All patients, except one, were satisfied with the overall care.
The management of outpatient mastectomies seems to be a good option, provided that patients are motivated, properly selected and well-informed prior to surgery.

对2013年1月至2015年5月期间在圣纳泽尔医院接受门诊乳房切除术的患者进行回顾性描述性研究。通过电话联系患者以回答一项评估其满意度的调查。
在16例符合门诊乳房切除术条件的患者中，11例患者纳入我们的研究（4例[25%]在干预后必须住院，1例患者无法联系到）。1例患者（9%）出现血清肿需要抽吸。无患者再次入院。除1例患者外，所有患者对整体护理均满意。
门诊乳房切除术的管理似乎是一个不错的选择，前提是患者有积极性，术前经过适当选择并充分了解相关情况。
