Abstract

Hydrogenogenic carboxydotrophs may provide hydrogen as primary energy for the microbial community via carbon monoxide oxidation. To investigate the genetics of carbon monoxide metabolism, we report here the draft genome sequences of the hydrogenogenic carboxydotrophs sp. strains JDF658 (2.60 Mbp; G+C content, 49.2%) and ULO1 (2.70 Mbp; G+C content, 48.8%).

产氢羧基营养菌可通过一氧化碳氧化为微生物群落提供氢气作为主要能量。为了研究一氧化碳代谢的遗传学,我们在此报告产氢羧基营养菌sp.菌株JDF658(2.60 Mbp;G+C含量,49.2%)和ULO1(2.70 Mbp;G+C含量,48.8%)的基因组草图序列。
