[Diffusion model of the calcium-dependent mechanism of the inactivation of calcium channels].

A mathematical model of calcium channel inactivation is suggested based on the assumption that Ca ions entering the cell on the membrane depolarization are concentrated near the inner mouth of the calcium channel. They activate some specific Ca-binding protein which, in its turn, "biochemically" modifies calcium channels.
