Abstract
The association of bronchogenic carcinoma and pregnancy is a rare event. If current smoking patterns of women continue, it will be seen with increased frequency. We discuss the diagnostic problems in such a case. Therefore too suspicious symptoms in pregnancy need to be evaluated.
