Abstract
The authors report a case of massive haemoperitoneum in a 2-year-old child after percutaneous liver biopsy for hepatoblastoma. Bleeding was successfully prevented by emergency embolization. Major complications after percutaneous biopsy and interest of embolization are discussed.

作者报告了1例2岁儿童在经皮肝穿刺活检诊断肝母细胞瘤后发生大量腹腔积血的病例。通过急诊栓塞成功预防了出血。讨论了经皮活检后的主要并发症及栓塞的作用。
