Abstract
The treatment of dorsal foot burns has always been posed as a challenge to reconstructive surgeons. Despite of numerous reconstruction methods and appropriate approaches to the dorsal foot burn in acute phase, burn scars and contractures cannot always be prevented. Results of 5 female patients operated for burn scar contracture release and a new splinting approach are reported here.
摘要
足背烧伤的治疗一直是重建外科医生面临的一项挑战。尽管在急性期有众多的重建方法和针对足背烧伤的合适治疗手段，但烧伤瘢痕和挛缩仍并非总能预防。本文报告了5例接受烧伤瘢痕挛缩松解手术的女性患者的治疗结果以及一种新的夹板固定方法。
