Abstract

The dynamics of content of the adreno-corticotropic and somatotropic hormones, cortisol , insulin and glucose in 30 children with malignant tumors operated upon under conditions of Ketalar anesthesia was analyzed. Direct influence of Ketalar upon the hypophysis-adrenal system and glucose-insular homeostasis was established. A possibility to prevent these changes by means of inclusion of Seduxen in the Ketalar anesthesia scheme was found.

分析了30例在氯胺酮麻醉下接受手术的恶性肿瘤患儿体内促肾上腺皮质激素、生长激素、皮质醇、胰岛素和葡萄糖含量的动态变化。确定了氯胺酮对垂体-肾上腺系统和葡萄糖-胰岛素内稳态的直接影响。发现了在氯胺酮麻醉方案中加入安定以预防这些变化的可能性。
