The dental care of the population may be considerably inproved by the further development of non-academic careers in stomatology. Past experience has shown that, in the majority of cases, the dental care of the children is jeopardized if the ratio of dentists to population is low, and the need for care is great. Therefore, the employment of specialized nurses with appropriate duties is of particular importance in paedodontics. The possibilities and variants are discussed in the light of international trends.
通过进一步发展口腔医学非学术职业，可显著改善民众的牙齿护理状况。过去的经验表明，在大多数情况下，如果牙医与人口的比例较低且护理需求很大，儿童的牙齿护理就会受到影响。因此，雇佣具有适当职责的专业护士在儿童牙科学中尤为重要。根据国际趋势对各种可能性和变体进行了讨论。
