To describe a quick, simple, and reliable technique to confirm successful catheterization of a branched thoracic endograft's inner branch.
Accurate cannulation of inner branches can be verified through insertion and mild retraction of a Universal Flush angiographic catheter, whose tip hooks the branch and slightly opens.
The use of an angiographic catheter with a curved tip is a safe and easy procedure that can be adopted to check the correct position inside the branch of an endograft designed for treatment of the aortic arch.
