Abstract
We report about a stress fracture of the lateral neck of femur of a 51 years old sportsman which was operated with an angled blade plate 130 degrees. Stressfractures of the femur are very uncommon. Pathogenetic factores are biomechanical changes or reactions of the bone system caused by repeated excessive mechanical stresses which lead to change of microcrystalline structure of the anorganic components of the bone and, if stress continues, to fracture after on initial fissure.

我们报告了一名51岁运动员股骨外侧颈应力性骨折的病例，该患者接受了130度角钢板手术。股骨应力性骨折非常罕见。发病因素是由反复过度机械应力引起的骨系统生物力学变化或反应，这会导致骨无机成分微晶结构的改变，如果应力持续，在最初出现裂隙后会导致骨折。
