This study aimed to investigate the effects of ambroxol hydrochloride chitosan reduced the degree of peritoneal adhesion.
A total of 120 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were experimented, group A: the damaged peritoneal was covered with ambroxol hydrochloride chitosan, group B: chitosan membrane only, group C: nothing. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), western blotting, and immunohistochemistry (IHC) were used to observe the expression of TNF-α and NF-κB p65.
TNF-α and NF-κB p65 in group A significantly decreased in comparison with the controls. IHC showed TNF-α and NF-κB p65 were significantly down-regulated in group A. Adhesion grade in the treatment group was significantly lower than in controls.

本研究旨在探讨盐酸氨溴索壳聚糖降低腹膜粘连程度的作用。
共对120只Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠进行实验,A组:受损腹膜覆盖盐酸氨溴索壳聚糖;B组:仅覆盖壳聚糖膜;C组:不做处理。采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)、蛋白质印迹法和免疫组织化学(IHC)观察肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和核因子-κB p65(NF-κB p65)的表达。
与对照组相比,A组的TNF-α和NF-κB p65显著降低。免疫组织化学显示A组的TNF-α和NF-κB p65显著下调。治疗组的粘连分级显著低于对照组。
盐酸氨溴索壳聚糖降低了腹膜粘连程度。
