[Technic and results of replacement operations for irreparable radial paralysis].

First, the main operative techniques (Franke, Perthes, Bauer and Lindemann) are shortly described. Since 1964 we have performed in our clinic 20 tendon transplantations for radial paralysis, 16 of our patients could be controlled clinically 7.6 years average after the operation. The functional results were altogether very satisfactory.
