Abstract

In coronary patients with relatively intact myocardial function, tobanum increases physical stress tolerance and produces positive central hemodynamic shifts, while myocardial contractility is depressed insignificantly. In patients with low myocardial functional reserve, these parameters, on the contrary, deteriorate, particularly during exercise. Combined use of tobanum and corinfar in patients with impaired myocardial contractility controls cardio- and hemodynamic shifts and increases physical stress tolerance.

摘要

在心肌功能相对完好的冠心病患者中,氨茶碱可提高身体应激耐受力并产生积极的中心血流动力学变化,而心肌收缩力仅有轻微降低。相反,在心肌功能储备较低的患者中,这些参数会恶化,尤其是在运动期间。在心肌收缩力受损的患者中联合使用氨茶碱和可力能可控制心脏和血流动力学变化并提高身体应激耐受力。
