Abstract

is the most common tapeworm causing hydatid disease in humans. Its least-encountered complication is cutaneous fistulization. Omentoplasty, cyst, and fistulous tract drainage revealed successful in the management of this complication. Such intervention can be an alternative when conservative management fails, and a minimally aggressive procedure is required.

摘要

是导致人类患包虫病的最常见绦虫。其最罕见的并发症是皮肤瘘管形成。网膜成形术、囊肿及瘘管引流在该并发症的治疗中显示有效。当保守治疗失败且需要采取微创性较低的手术时，这种干预措施可作为一种选择。
