Abstract

Thirty cases of obstructing large bowel cancer were treated by emergency procedures like proximal colostomy (55%), caecostomy (3%), appendicostomy (2%), ileotransverse colostomy (6%), right hemicolectomy (14%), anterior resection (14%), Hartmann's procedure (3%) and Lahey's procedure (3%). Primary resection for tumours of the right colon and staged procedures for tumours of the left colon and rectum and are safe procedures in the management of obstructing large bowel cancer.

摘要

30例梗阻性大肠癌患者接受了紧急手术，如近端结肠造口术（55%）、盲肠造口术（3%）、阑尾造口术（2%）、回肠横结肠造口术（6%）、右半结肠切除术（14%）、前切除术（14%）、哈特曼手术（3%）和拉伊手术（3%）。右半结肠癌的一期切除以及左半结肠和直肠癌的分期手术是治疗梗阻性大肠癌的安全手术。
