Abstract
Hematoma of the renal space may be of various causes. Polyarteritis nodosa can be revealed by a perirenal hematoma as in the case reported but this is a rare complication of the disease. A case of a young man with a previous history of hepatitis Hbs+ is reported.

肾周血肿可能由多种原因引起。结节性多动脉炎可如报告病例那样表现为肾周血肿，但这是该疾病的一种罕见并发症。本文报告了一例有乙肝表面抗原阳性肝炎既往史的年轻男性病例。
