Abstract
Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia(WM) is a lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma characterized by serum monoclonal IgM immunoglobulin.Recently,the high mutation rates of MYD88 and CXCR4 have been documented in WM.Furthermore,MYD88 and CXCR4 are related to the response to target drugs.This article reviews the significances of MYD88 and CXCR4 in the diagnosis and treatment of WM.
摘要
华氏巨球蛋白血症（WM）是一种以血清单克隆IgM免疫球蛋白为特征的淋巴浆细胞淋巴瘤。最近，已证实WM中MYD88和CXCR4的突变率很高。此外，MYD88和CXCR4与靶向药物的反应有关。本文综述了MYD88和CXCR4在WM诊断和治疗中的意义。
