[Drug treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis].

A review is given about more recent methods for therapy of the rheumatoid arthritis as well as of the osteoarthrosis. Of a large importance in the treatment of the rheumatoid arthritis and of the osteoarthrosis is the method of clinical tests of non-steroidal antirheumatic drugs and of the so-called disease-activity modifying substances. Own experiences and results of controlled, clinical open and double-blind studies were given.
