Abstract

A general and mild method for the construction of a carbon-nitrogen bond via copper-catalyzed oxidative cross-coupling of amines with α-aminocarbonyl compounds was achieved. Amines, either aliphatic primary amines, aromatic primary amines or secondary amines can be used as the starting materials. When R was different from R, two isomers would be observed. Therefore, this reaction system has a broad substrate scope and provides a facile pathway for the synthesis of 2-oxo-acetamidines.

通过铜催化胺与α-氨基羰基化合物的氧化交叉偶联构建碳氮键的通用温和方法得以实现。脂肪族伯胺、芳香族伯胺或仲胺均可作为起始原料。当R与R不同时,会观察到两种异构体。因此,该反应体系具有广泛的底物范围,并为2-氧代乙脒的合成提供了一条简便途径。
