Abstract
Four out of 12 patients with CT-cisternography were operated on. The CT findings were all confirmed at operation. In three patients with positive CT findings, the fistula was located at operation. In one case with negative CT findings, operation revealed no fistula either. Advantages of CT-cisternography are reliability of positive findings and the possibility of locating the fistula in some cases. The procedure bears relatively little risk and can be repeated.

12例行CT脑池造影的患者中有4例接受了手术。CT检查结果在手术中均得到证实。3例CT检查结果为阳性的患者，术中发现了瘘管。1例CT检查结果为阴性的患者，手术中也未发现瘘管。CT脑池造影的优点是阳性结果可靠，且在某些情况下有可能定位瘘管。该检查风险相对较小，且可重复进行。
