Abstract

A case of warty dyskeratoma occurring in the oral mucosa is presented. Indirect immunofluorescence tests using the patient's serum showed the presence of IgG class antibodies reactive with intercellular material of guinea-pig lip mucosa and IgM class antinuclear antibodies. The patient did not have any clinical histopathological, haematological or serological evidence of other autoimmune disease.

本文报告一例发生于口腔黏膜的疣状角化不良瘤。使用患者血清进行的间接免疫荧光试验显示存在与豚鼠唇黏膜细胞间物质反应的IgG类抗体以及IgM类抗核抗体。该患者没有其他自身免疫性疾病的任何临床、组织病理学、血液学或血清学证据。
