Abstract

A series of new coumarin containing compounds were synthesized from 4-bromomethylcoumarin derivatives and different heteroaromatic systems methylene thiolinker. Twenty-four compounds were screened biologically against two human tumor cell lines, breast carcinoma MCF-7 and hepatocellular carcinoma HePG-2, at the national cancer institute, Cairo, Egypt using 5-fluorouracil as standard drug. Compounds hh and showed strong activity against both MCF-7 and HepG-2 cell lines with being compound is the most active with IC values of 5.5 µg/ml and 6.9 µg/ml respectively. Docking was performed with protein 1KE9 to study the binding mode of the designed compounds.

一系列含香豆素的新化合物由4-溴甲基香豆素衍生物与不同的杂芳族体系通过亚甲基硫醇连接基合成。在埃及开罗的国家癌症研究所,以5-氟尿嘧啶为标准药物,对24种化合物针对两种人类肿瘤细胞系(乳腺癌MCF-7和肝癌HePG-2)进行了生物学筛选。化合物hh和……对MCF-7和HepG-2细胞系均表现出强活性,其中化合物……活性最强,IC值分别为5.5微克/毫升和6.9微克/毫升。利用蛋白质1KE9进行对接,以研究设计化合物的结合模式。 (注:原文中“Compounds hh and showed strong activity...”这里的“and”后面似乎缺失了内容)
