Abstract

AIM

To analyze advisability of cardiopulmonary bypass in thoracic surgery.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

We estimated early and long-term results of CPB-assisted thoracic interventions in 31 patients with malignant and benign thoracic diseases and invasion into vital mediastinal structures or with concomitant cardiovascular pathology.

RESULTS

Acceptable rates of mortality and morbidity confirm safety of CPB in thoracic surgery while satisfactory long-term outcomes are arguments in favor of this direction of thoracic oncology.

目的

分析胸部手术中体外循环的合理性。

材料与方法

我们评估了31例患有恶性和良性胸部疾病、侵犯重要纵隔结构或伴有心血管疾病的患者在体外循环辅助下进行胸部干预的早期和长期结果。

结果

可接受的死亡率和发病率证实了体外循环在胸部手术中的安全性,而令人满意的长期结果支持了胸部肿瘤学的这一发展方向。
