Abstract
The dorsal scapular nerve (DSN) is a motor nerve arising from the ventral ramus of the C5 nerve root. Once branching from the brachial plexus, the DSN pierces the middle scalene muscle, coursing deep to the levator scapulae and the rhomboid major and minor muscles. Dorsal scapular nerve entrapment is a known, yet relatively uncommon, cause of neck and/or shoulder pain.

肩胛背神经（DSN）是一条运动神经，由C5神经根的腹侧支发出。一旦从臂丛神经分出，肩胛背神经便穿经中斜角肌，走行于肩胛提肌以及大小菱形肌的深面。肩胛背神经卡压是一种已知的、但相对不常见的颈部和/或肩部疼痛的病因。
