We report 2 cases of unilateral and bilateral excision of pubic bone tumors (chondrosarcoma and giant cell tumor). Postoperative stress incontinence was corrected by implantation of an artificial sphincter (AMS800) following which both patients were continent. The etiology of the incontinence was lack of bladder and urethral support, which was not correctable by bladder neck suspension procedures.
我们报告了2例耻骨骨肿瘤（软骨肉瘤和巨细胞瘤）单侧及双侧切除的病例。术后压力性尿失禁通过植入人工括约肌（AMS800）得以纠正，之后两名患者均能自主控制排尿。尿失禁的病因是膀胱和尿道支持结构缺失，而膀胱颈悬吊手术无法纠正这一问题。
