Four cases of torsion, 180 degrees to the left of the right uterine horn in cows are reported. Two cases appeared about the time of parturition, two within two and four weeks after parturition. The uterine horn was reducible following laparotomy in three animals. It had to be amputated in one case. The authors suppose the size of the uterus to be a factor in the pathogenesis of the uterine anomaly referred to.
本文报告了4例奶牛右子宫角向左扭转180度的病例。其中2例发生在分娩时，2例发生在分娩后2至4周内。3例动物经剖腹手术后子宫角复位。1例不得不进行子宫角切除术。作者认为子宫大小是所提及子宫异常发病机制中的一个因素。
