Malformations of the lymphatic system are recognized as benign congenital tumors that affect infant and children in the perinatal era. In children, these abnormalities usually found in the neck and the axillary region, but they can present in other parts of the body such as mediastinum, pelvis, retroperitoneum as well as in solid organs (e.g., adrenal glands, pancreas, stomach). Our aim is to report our experience on cystic hygromas via two cases and review the literature.
Herein we present two cases of cystic hygroma, the first of female children and the second of a female adult patient respectively. Both of these patients underwent surgical excision of the masses.
After the procedure, both patients have recovered well, and no recurrence of the lesion has been noted during the follow-up period.
Surgical treatment remains the gold-standard treatment for these tumors, while other modalities have been used with mixed results.
淋巴管畸形被认为是良性先天性肿瘤，影响围生期婴儿和儿童。在儿童中，这些异常通常发生在颈部和腋窝区域，但也可出现在身体其他部位，如纵隔、骨盆、腹膜后以及实体器官（如肾上腺、胰腺、胃）。我们的目的是通过两例报告囊性水瘤的经验，并复习文献。
本文介绍了两例囊性水瘤患者，第一例为女性儿童，第二例为女性成年患者。这两例患者均接受了肿块的手术切除。
手术后，两例患者均恢复良好，随访期间未见病变复发。
手术治疗仍然是这些肿瘤的金标准治疗方法，而其他方法的应用效果不一。
