We report on the case of a 51-year-old female with a pedunculated duodenal tumor that was covered with normal duodenal mucosa. Histology of the endoscopically resected tumor revealed Brunner's gland adenoma with two foci of microcarcinoids. To our knowledge, such a case has not been reported in the literature.
我们报告一例51岁女性患者，其十二指肠肿瘤带蒂，表面覆盖正常十二指肠黏膜。经内镜切除肿瘤的组织学检查显示为布伦纳腺腺瘤，伴有两个微类癌灶。据我们所知，此类病例尚未见文献报道。
