We present here the case of a 7-year-old girl who was ejected from a speeding motor vehicle and suffered avulsion of the left carotid and left subclavian arteries. Repair was affected primarily without the need of graft material, using cerebral protection of cardiopulmonary bypass, profound hypothermia, and circulatory arrest.
