Abstract
PURPOSE
We describe a case of bilateral anterior lenticonus in a patient with Alport syndrome treated with femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (FLACS).
OBSERVATIONS
FLACS was performed without complication, and a desirable postoperative visual acuity was achieved.
CONCLUSIONS AND IMPORTANCE
Femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery is an effective approach for managing patients with anterior lenticonus secondary to Alport syndrome.

目的
我们描述了一例患有奥尔波特综合征的患者，接受飞秒激光辅助白内障手术（FLACS）治疗双侧前圆锥形晶状体的病例。
观察结果
飞秒激光辅助白内障手术顺利完成，未出现并发症，术后视力达到预期。
结论及重要性
飞秒激光辅助白内障手术是治疗奥尔波特综合征继发前圆锥形晶状体患者的有效方法。
