Abstract
The diagnosis of eosinophilic gastritis in a 45 year old man was definitely established only through laparotomy, after inconclusive radiological, endoscopical and biopsy histological findings. The diagnostic difficulties in this particular case were characteristic for this condition, as evident from the literature.

一名45岁男性嗜酸性胃炎的诊断仅在经过不确定的放射学、内镜检查和活检组织学检查结果后，通过剖腹手术才得以明确确立。从文献中可以明显看出，该特殊病例中的诊断困难是这种疾病的典型特征。
