Abstract

FAS-dependent apoptosis in V1 T cells makes the latter possible culprits for the lymphadenopathy observed in patients with mutations.Rapamycin and methylprednisolone resistance should prompt clinicians to look for V1 T cell proliferation in ALPS-FAS patients.
