Abstract

We report a new class promising heterogeneous catalyst for olefin epoxidation based on 0.05 wt% Ru species supported on hydroxyapatite, which was prepared through a simple cation-exchange process between RuCl·nHO and hydroxyapatite. The new catalyst showed high activity, excellent selectivity and good recyclability for various olefins in the presence of molecular oxygen and iso-butyraldehyde as co-oxidants.

我们报道了一种新型的、有前景的用于烯烃环氧化的多相催化剂,该催化剂基于负载在羟基磷灰石上的0.05 wt%的钌物种,它是通过RuCl·nH₂O与羟基磷灰石之间简单的阳离子交换过程制备而成的。在分子氧和异丁醛作为共氧化剂存在的情况下,这种新型催化剂对各种烯烃表现出高活性、优异的选择性和良好的可循环性。
