A novel tunable red emitting phosphor LiBaB O :Sm /Sm , Li with broad excitation band was synthesized by a high temperature solid-state method. Luminescence properties were investigated in detail by luminescence, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) spectra and CIE chromaticity coordinates. XPS data confirmed that there were Sm in LiBaB O :Sm and Sm /Sm in LiBaB O :Sm /Sm , respectively. Spectral property of LiBaB O :Sm , LiBaB O :Sm /Sm and LiBaB O :Sm , Li presented that the excitation band of Sm widened and the excitation band of Sm ranged from 350 to 450 nm. And the red light color is tunable with changing Li concentration. The results indicated that LiBaB O :Sm /Sm , Li may be promising red phosphor for white light emitting diodes.
采用高温固相法合成了一种具有宽激发带的新型可调谐红色发光荧光粉LiBaBO:Sm/Sm,Li。通过发光、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)光谱和CIE色度坐标详细研究了其发光性能。XPS数据证实,LiBaBO:Sm中分别存在Sm,LiBaBO:Sm/Sm中存在Sm/Sm。LiBaBO:Sm、LiBaBO:Sm/Sm和LiBaBO:Sm,Li的光谱特性表明,Sm的激发带变宽,Sm的激发带范围为350至450nm。并且随着Li浓度的变化,红光颜色是可调的。结果表明,LiBaBO:Sm/Sm,Li可能是一种有前途的白光发光二极管红色荧光粉。
