An analysis of 534 patients has shown that laparoscopy is a method of high diagnostic informative value. The correct diagnosis was made in 515 patients (96.4%). Diagnostic errors were noted in 19 patients (3.6%). The greatest problems appeared in diagnosing thrombosis of mesenterial vessels and acute appendicitis in cases with the retrocecal disposition of the vermiform process. Surgical operations under control of a laparoscope were fulfilled by strict indications. Good immediate results were obtained in 81.9% of the patients.
对534例患者的分析表明，腹腔镜检查是一种具有高诊断价值的方法。515例患者（96.4%）诊断正确。19例患者（3.6%）存在诊断错误。在诊断肠系膜血管血栓形成以及阑尾呈盲肠后位情况下的急性阑尾炎时出现的问题最多。腹腔镜控制下的外科手术严格按照指征进行。81.9%的患者获得了良好的近期效果。
