A novel class of benzofuran derivatives is prepared from the isocyanide-based MCR, euparin and aldehydes in the presence of ZnO-nanorods as a catalyst in excellent yields at room temperature under solvent-free conditions as a green reaction medium. Also, the antioxidant activities of some synthesised compounds such as , , and were evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging and ferric reduction activity potential (FRAP) assays. Compound , was shown moderate radical scavenging activity and very good reducing activity compared to standards (BHT and TBHQ).
在室温无溶剂条件下,以绿色反应介质ZnO纳米棒为催化剂,通过异腈基多组分反应、优帕灵和醛制备了一类新型苯并呋喃衍生物,产率优异。此外,通过DPPH自由基清除和铁还原活性电位(FRAP)测定法评估了一些合成化合物如 、 、 和 的抗氧化活性。与标准品(BHT和TBHQ)相比,化合物 表现出中等的自由基清除活性和非常好的还原活性。
