Abstract

The phytochemical investigation of the whole plant of Polygonatum multiflorum resulted in the isolation of two new steroidal glycosides, polmultoside A (4) and polmultoside B (5), along with three known glycosides protobioside (1), protodeltonin (2) and huangjiangsu A (3). The structures of the isolated compounds have been elucidated by extensive 1D (H, C) and 2D (COSY, HSQC, HMBC) NMR spectral data analysis, as well as high-resolution mass determinations.

对黄精全草进行植物化学研究,分离得到两个新的甾体糖苷,即多花黄精苷A(4)和多花黄精苷B(5),以及三个已知糖苷原知母皂苷元(1)、原偏诺皂苷元(2)和黄精素A(3)。通过广泛的一维(H、C)和二维(COSY、HSQC、HMBC)核磁共振光谱数据分析以及高分辨率质谱测定,阐明了所分离化合物的结构。
