Several standardized physiologic tests of peripheral microvascular reactivity were monitored by the laser Doppler method in a control group and in seven patients with combined aortoiliac and superficial femoral artery occlusion before and after implantation of aortofemoral bifurcation grafts. The results showed that laser Doppler examination with equipment presently available is superfluous in the surgical vascular laboratory.
通过激光多普勒方法，对对照组以及7例合并主髂动脉和股浅动脉闭塞的患者在植入主股动脉分叉移植物前后，进行了几项外周微血管反应性的标准化生理测试。结果表明，在外科血管实验室中，使用目前可用的设备进行激光多普勒检查是多余的。
