Abstract

Schistosomiasis Control and Elimination (GB 15976-2015) and Diagnostic Criteria for Schistosomiasis (WS 261-2006) are the only two national health criteria related to schistosomiasis control program implemented in P. R. China. The roles of criteria to guide and accelerate the transition from schistosomiasis control to elimination are concluded, based on this systematic review how the criteria led the implementation of the medium and longterm national plan and provided the guidance when drafting the thirteen-five years national plan for schistosomiasis, and the suggestion to draft more criteria related to schistosomiasis elimination program and strengthening the implementation of current criteria, so as to precisely guide the schistosomiasis elimination program in P. R. China.

摘要

《血吸虫病控制与消除(GB 15976-2015)》和《血吸虫病诊断标准(WS 261-2006)》是中国实施的仅有的两项与血吸虫病防治规划相关的国家卫生标准。基于本系统评价,总结了这些标准在引导和加速从血吸虫病控制向消除转变方面的作用,即这些标准如何引领国家中长期规划的实施以及在起草血吸虫病“十三五”国家规划时提供指导,并建议起草更多与血吸虫病消除规划相关的标准以及加强现行标准的实施,从而精准指导中国的血吸虫病消除规划。
