To observe the morphological characteristics of hypopus.
The breeding mites from stored wheat samples were separated by a shake sieve and direct microscope. The isolations were used for slide preparation, and then the slide was observed under a light microscope for mite identification.
The hypopus was found in the collected wheat samples. Under the microscope the boundary between the propodosoma and hysterosoma of the hypopus was obvious. The bristles on the hysterosoma were short, and the abdomen had a sucker plate.
There is hypopus breeding in the storage wheat, and its morphological characteristics is similar with the characteristics of hypopus.
观察若螨的形态特征。
采用振荡筛和直接显微镜法从储存小麦样本中分离繁殖螨。将分离物用于制备玻片,然后在光学显微镜下观察玻片以鉴定螨虫。
在所采集的小麦样本中发现了若螨。在显微镜下,若螨的前半体和后半体之间的界限明显。后半体上的刚毛较短,腹部有一个吸盘板。
储存小麦中有若螨繁殖,其形态特征与若螨的特征相似。
