Abstract

Specific cytolytic and natural killer activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes was studied in 12 patients with metastatic melanoma. The cytolytic activity of lymphocytes against autologous tumor cells was found in 8 patients. It appeared significantly enhanced by pretreatment of tumor target cells with concanavalin A (Con A). The natural killer activity in all the patients was 2-10 times as high as the specific cytolytic activity. Stimulation of patient lymphocytes with autologous tumor cells or with the mixture of lymphocytes from 5 allogeneic donors induced the generation of highly active T killers possessing natural killer and specific antitumor cytolytic activity.

摘要

对12例转移性黑色素瘤患者的外周血淋巴细胞的特异性细胞溶解活性和自然杀伤活性进行了研究。在8例患者中发现淋巴细胞对自体肿瘤细胞具有细胞溶解活性。用刀豆球蛋白A(Con A)预处理肿瘤靶细胞后,这种活性明显增强。所有患者的自然杀伤活性是特异性细胞溶解活性的2至10倍。用自体肿瘤细胞或来自5名同种异体供体的淋巴细胞混合物刺激患者淋巴细胞,可诱导产生具有自然杀伤和特异性抗肿瘤细胞溶解活性的高活性T杀伤细胞。
